Real Estate Valuations and or a Current Market Analysis is a key component to evaluating your homes listing price or the proposed offer price on a purchase home for a buyer. Values are all over the board these days and its imperative your realtor understand how to come about these valuations. In today’s environment homes on the market and IF priced right, in show condition, will go under contract in 10 to 20 days. This is not All zip codes, but the top districts go fast.
